The guest was good for the most part. Returned the RV with license plate missing and with the cover butto for the light stich on the jack.

It started off great. Then the black tank got full and the owner had to come out to dump it. He insinuated we had filled it up super fast. There was two of us. There was no way we filled up 44 gallons of waste in 36 hours. As he was emptying it he heard a noise and one of the slides broke so we were unable to use the kitchen area for the last 24 hours of our trip. When we asked for a one day refund we were denied.

Our experience from start to finish was beyond exceptional. Jason was incredibly easy to work with and very flexible with our ever-changing schedule, which we truly appreciated. He answered all of my questions both before departure and during our trip, and always responded promptly every single time.
The RV itself was exceptionally clean, easy to drive, and had everything we needed for our first RV getaway. And when I say clean, I mean spotless. We appreciated not to have to worry about anything being dirty, especially with your kids.
We would absolutely rent from Jason and his wife again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We had a fabulous time in the TimTam Van! Michael was very helpful, introducing us to the van via facetime to save us some time! He was always accessible when we had questions during our trip. The van has plenty of space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids and was well equipped for us to travel, cook and eat on the go!
