Jose and his RV was great, we had 5 adults and 4 kids and fit comfortably. He was very patient and walked through the RV with us, always available for any questions. RV is also very well equipped. We had such a great time and wished we had a longer time. We did have an issue with the emergency window, and worked together with him to resolve
