I gave Juan an overview of the RV systems and how to use them but received several messages on how to operate the RV. There was an electrical failure through the part and when it was restored the refrigerator needed to be turned back on and he didn’t remember to start it back up. There is a tear in one of the seats which was not there when they took it, one leveling jacks will not retract completely. I’m filling a claim on this.
