During our test drive, the vehicle made clunking noises from the undercarriage, so we declined to accept it. The owner refunded none of our trip and Outdoorsy returned our insurance. I’ll never use this service again, if there’s no protection for the renters.

Well, it started out rough as I had to figure things out. Host should be with rv to explain and answer questions, but I figured things out by talking to host.Becky was very good and had patience with me.

Rented for 5days, but "camping package" items (tent, beach chairs) were missing. Mattress didn't fit, and car needed maintenance - didn't feel safe driving. Estressful experience. Not recommended.

We would love to have five stars but if we can’t get a hold of our guests, it’s really hard to make things smooth. We love our guest and do everything in our power to provide a great car at a very affordable rate :)

the communication with the host was the worst, she never answered directly to our questions, we also booked a pick up, but nobody was picking us up at the airport, and then our car was not ready!
also the airmattress didn‘t fit in the car, so you had to squeeze it in and was very uncomfortable to sleep in!
i wouldn‘t recommend this car!

Perfect stay and awesome van!!!! 10/10 experience!! Becca is super nice and she helped us with everything. She’s super fast replying, what made everything super easy.

Becky and her husband were great! The car was perfect for our little stay on Kauai and we felt we fitted right in. So generous to also add snorkels and a body board with the camping setup. Everything was functioning well and we had a great time. Would definitely book again!

What a fantastic vehicle that can take us around the island with everything we need to camp and adventure! It’s nice that the car helped us blend in and we felt like locals. Thank you for the surf board delivery.
