Ben was great to work with on towing the trailer. Pickup and drop off were easy and he worked with me on days/times. Only things that came up were the fridge didn't get super cold and the smoke alarm went off a few times though there was no smoke. Other than that everything worked great and Ben was great.

Ben was extremely helpful throughout the entire rental experience. He explained everything clearly, responded immediately to messages, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The trailer itself was in great condition and easy to use. The backup camera was a huge bonus — it streamed live to my vehicle’s console, which made towing much easier and gave me constant visibility of what was behind me. Overall, a fantastic rental experience.
