Due to an issue caused by a previous guest, the host was not able to provide the vehicle we rented. I greatly appreciated them finding another vehicle for us at the last minute instead of cancelling.
We had some issues while on the trip, but the host did his best to resolve them.
My only complaint is that communication through the app was not as responsive as I would have liked.

The rv was as shown on the app. It was nice having 2 bathrooms. The delivery was a little late but it didn't affect our trip. They worked with our rv rental location. It was a great trip to COTA. We will use this service again.

The delivery was easy. We thought. Then we realized the plumbing & water heater were not quite right. They came out promptly the next morning to unplug the toilet & turn on the water heater. Very nice people. After wondering why the awful smell wouldn't go away we realized the bathroom had been SERIOUSLY FLOODED. Toilet paper in the shower tracks & human feces in the floor vent. Again very nice people came out to clean the bathroom.
The problem was, because we had a short trip, the interuptions were a REAL ISSUE.

This is our first trip using the service. It is such a great experience. They deliver and set up the unit, the best part is the a/c is on and the unit is cool and cozy, it elevates the glamping to the next level. The communication is easy and quick. The unit is fully equipped with everything. Highly recommend!
