Robin was very nice and was able to adjust her schedule to our needed pickup time. The RV was clean, had all the accommodations, and drove well. Our only issues were the water tank was only filled 1/3 and the water smelled strongly of sulfur. The generator was working for the lights and fridge. The AC would not turn on and displayed an error code. The outlets also did not have power. It was not the best first RV experience.

We had a great time in Robin's Cozy Cruiser! My daughter, husband, and I took it to four national parks, spending two weeks living in a combination or full hookup and non electric sites. As newbies to rving, we had a lot of questions about setup. Robin was really quick to respond and super helpful any time we had a question. The RV was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. She even stocked additional camping plates and marshmallow sticks just for our trip. We have great memories of our time in the Cozy Cruiser!

RV drove and worked great. The host was great to work with. Very quick on responding. The RV was well stocked, the only thing I had to do was bring food and drinks. Pick up and Drop-off was very easy. I very highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent again.
