I think this person has good intentions. He was responsive when we called him and he did credit us back $100 but that didn't even cover half the amount we lost in groceries. Based on our experience, he does not properly maintain the RV to the level necessary for renting it out to other people. If you rent this RV please (for your own safety) make sure the owner has fixed the following issues:-Purchased the correct tire iron for the lug bolts he has on the tires.
(When we got a flat tire and called him, he admitted to not having one. Making it impossible for us to put on the spare.)-Fixed the refrigerator.
(It did not work on our trip-AT ALL and we LOST ALL OUR FOOD.)-Put the power cord for the TV back in the RV.
(It was MISSING and he didn't bother to tell us.)-Check to make sure the RV is properly cleaned.
(There were footprints in the main bedroom above where you lay your head. GROSS!)-Fixed the screen door.
(It was held together with tape and the screen material was hanging off of it.)If you decide to rent this RV, double check the items I listed and hopefully you have a safer/better experience.
