Our experience was not at all what we expected. The cabin was dirty including hair on the main bed sheets and stains on the blankets. We had to use our own linens. The main bed is very firm. The air conditioning did not work enough during the day to make the camper usable. Barely cool enough at night to sleep. We had been parked under shade the entire time. The weather was cooler outside than inside the camper. The door is broken and many times we were unable to close the door. The kids were unable to close the door at all. The baking soda box in the refrigerator was from 2023 a date they had written on the box. Overall I would not recommend using this camper for anyone.

Good evening. Adrián González was very patient and understanding the entire time; he took the time to explain everything to us in detail, and the handover process was just as smooth. The RV was very clean and comfortable. Thank you.
