We really enjoyed the trip and had only a couple of comments. The window washer tank was empty and the manual does not indicate where the tank was located or how to open the hood. A very minor issue. the vehicle drove very well, balanced well, hook up was very easy. The navigation system was a little complicated but easily understood once we got going. appreciated the system telling us where unpassable bridges and roads were located. I think the Tiffin manual is a little brief on explaining some of the mechanics of the RV such as detail on the dashboard but was figured out fairly easily. Dave and Robin were very helpful, communicative and stocked the RV with everything one might need for the trip. Even had a crock pot, barbecue grill, wood for a campfire, chairs. For three first time users of an RV the trip was all that we could have hoped for. Dave’s orientation was excellent and he was very accommodating with our turning in the RV. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Our entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. It was an absolute pleasure working with Robin and Dave. Their communication was immediate, accommodating, and friendly. Our family had the best road trip ever. The RV provided the special extras and all the comforts of home. We will use Outdoorsy again and look forward to renting and working with Dave and Robin for our families next road adventure. 💜🙏😁

The owners were very accomodating and informative. The vehicle itself worked well and as advertised and is great! Highly recommended.
The back 'main' bedroom is quite roomy with both slideouts in back extended. The bathroom is well laid out and having a full size refrigerator is quite helpful compared to other RVs with smaller kitchen layouts.
The only complaint I could possibly make is inherent to the layout design of the rig itself - slightly cramped access to the kitchen and the master control panel when the kitchen slideout is in for driving, and just be prepared for a slight bit of hassle getting the couch/pull-out queen bed re-setup in the morning for the seat belts to be usable for driving. Reaching into the back of the sofa is best accomplished with the pull-out bed extended halfway and somewhat awkward. With four slideouts, it is incredibly roomy when setup for camping mode!
Lots of storage and good overall experience with the owner and the comfort of the RV for a family of 4.

Dave and Robin were great. I always had immediate answers to messages and Dave did a pretty thorough walk around before departure. The 4 slideouts provided lots of room. There was lots of privacy (sight and sound) when the master bedroom was closed. The overhead bunk was a great teenager bunk as well. We towed a 2-door Jeep Wrangler and with the tow/haul option on, we had all the torque we needed for most hills. I would always prefer diesel, but as a gas rig, this did well on both power and range. Lots of little things made things easier (like USB plugs everywhere for charging). Even the built-in GPS was up to date and surprisingly accurate. All in all - we would rent this vehicle again for a family road trip.

Dave and Robin were a pleasure to work with. They were super easy to communicate with, answering many questions leading up to the trip. Their 2018 Tiffin Allegro was immaculate and everything functioned as advertised. The Class A rig was spacious with room to sleep 5 and it came equipped with anything anyone could need for a long weekend without hook ups. Thank you, Dave and Robin for the great experience!
