Alex was helpful and provided equipment that made the trip delightful (battery bank, electric french press, sink) and off-grid ready. He was friendly and available during the trip for troubleshooting. A check engine light came on briefly, and he was available by text within a few minutes to talk it through. The rig itself is a dream to drive and big enough to stand in, but very nimble and easy to stop.
