The host did not respond to any questions and the fridge did not cool at all so I had to buy new food. Oddly enough, the freezer part worked fine. I’m seeking $75 for food reimbursement. Outdoorsy is fine. This particular host is not.

Somewhat difficult to contact. At first no response through the app. Eventually able to get a phone number and messaging was not a problem. Trailer was dirty, things were broken on it and not organized. Felt like it should have been swept out, vacuumed and overall cleaned prior to a rental.
