Everything was as described in the listing. It was Michael’s first time renting the RV so as expected there were a couple of oversights. Michael was responsive and provided solutions that worked. He always texted back in a reasonable amount of time and picked up the phone when I called. He also asked for feedback on how to improve when he picked up the trailer. I’m sure my feedback will be added to the instruction book. The delivery and pick up process was easy. The trailer was squeaky clean and equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our experience. We accidentally left a computer and paperwork in one of the drawers. Michael called us immediately so we could turnaround to get it. All in all a great experience.
