The trailer was great, well-equipped, and very clean. Delivery and pickup was perfect and the hosts were very accommodating. We had mistakenly not asked for the right hookups and they came all the way back the next day to hook things up despite it being our fault. Definitely would recommend!

The camper was delivered to us w Black tank showing 2/3 and Grey showing full but we were assured it was just a gauge error. We could not shower because the tub leaked from underneath all over the floor. So the only water we used was to wash dishes. After only 3 loads of dishes, the drains stopped working because they were full, validating the accurate gauges.
We were told at delivery that the fridge would run on propane but woke up to a warm fridge. Unable to find a propane exhaust on the camper for the fridge, we suspect it required shore power. Our fault for not verifying.
The batteries did not last long enough (using only a few lights) to retract the awning for travel on Day 2. Fortunately we were advised that hooking up the tow vehicle would provide the required power.
Finally, it would have been HUGELY helpful to have a users guide/instruction manual for all the items in the camper.
The deliver/pickup service was outstandingly helpful and convenient. Unfortunately, the water and power issues made for a bad week.

Kayla was great to work with and very responsive. The camper had all the dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc that we needed. It was in great condition.
Any questions I had they responded too immediately. I would gladly rent from them again.
