Delivery went well. Rv was very clean and everything worked except for the awning ( which was damaged from a previous renter). Hosts were very helpful. Love to do it again someday.

Overall we had a good experience and able to take our family on a trip cross country. We had to replace three tires and the RV is older so there were a few little things. We are grateful for the experience and that we were able to complete our whole trip.

The RV ran smoothly and without any problems during the entired 200 miles trip. Juan was very professional explaining the operation of its use and for being first timers it was a wonderful experience.

JUAN was very excellent when it comes to service and instructions/ but the RV needed some improves on its cosmetic maintenance and an issue that we had with the toilet (leaking). Other than that, we had an amazing first experience driving around the country (DC & NYC) with it and had a lot of fun. will recommend JUAN as your next RV rented.

Juan was a pleasure to work with. We have rented a pop-up through outdoorsy before but this was our first time with an RV. Juan was helpful and informative and we LOVED our trip in his RV. It was easy to maneuver (as easy as a 28' vehicle can be) and his instructions at pickup got us through all the major systems. We'll definitely rent from Juan again if we take another trip in the area.

It was a wonderful 10 day trip with Juan's RV and his great customer service during that time. All the way from Florida to Colorado and back without any issues at all. Our first RV experience was fantastic. Thank you Juan for all the priceless assistance on the phone during the trip. This RV has lots of space and a very good engine you can trust. Very comfortable for 6 passengers and still good even for 8. Lots of extra space for luggage was another plus we really appreciated. If it's your first RV experience, you really need Juan's assistance and his RV. If you have RV experience, you wont drive another one but Juan's RV only from now on. See you soon at our next trip, Juan. And thank you for everything.
