Wonderful experience! Owner was attentive, responsive, and beyond gracious. RV fully stocked, had everything we could need. Kids loved the bunk beds, and the master was comfortable and just roomy enough. We had an unexpected event cut our trip short, owner SO nicely came early and picked up the RV. We will definitely be using her again when camping in the area, and would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Loved our rental! Clean and spacious. Serena was the added extra point in making our trip easy. She made sure we had everything we needed without feeling we were putting her out. Camper function as it should have. Would not hesitate to rent from her. Thank you. PS- Outdoorsy- piece of cake- do not hesitate.

The owner was very nice and answered questions quickly. There wasn’t a coffee maker, there wasn’t silverware. The fold out table was broken. Only the master had pillows and an extra set of linens, still left the broken bed unusable and no sheets or blankets. The AC worked great, we couldn’t get the propane tanks to work. It was very nice to have the extra outside refrigerator and microwave. It wasn’t overly clean. I personally would not rent again, based on cost and needs. If I’m spending that much for an RV, I expect it to be great. Honestly, it’s listed at $105 a night and it ends up costing much more after everything is added on.

Serena was really accommodating with pick up and delivery and was quick to respond when I had questions. The camper had plenty of space and storage for a family of four.

Everything about our experience with Serena was amazing. Pickup was a breeze. She had all of the paperwork ready and organized. The camper was clean and has essentials stocked. The only reason I gave 4 stars for mechanical was the battery died as we were setting up camp. We were able to communicate easily with Serena throughout this issue. We connected the camper to the truck for the night and went for a new battery in the morning which Serena reimbursed us with no question. Tear down, dumping and hauling were all very easy. Communicating drop off was the same. This was our first experience renting a camper since we sold our toy hauler so we didn't quite know what to expect. We couldn't be happier with every part of our experience thanks to Serena.

We enjoyed our stay in Serena’s rv. The pictures were accurate. Communication was great. There was plenty of space and storage. There were a few things that the next renter might want to bring with them. Plates/bowls, cups, silverware, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. Oh and a DVD player if you wish to use the tv.
