This was our first time renting on Outdoorsy. Ariel was extremely helpful, walking us through all the features of the trailer, how to use it, and the rental process. She was accommodating with our pick-up and drop-off times, and really made everything seamless for us. The Bean trailer fit our needs perfectly! It was so nice to have the kitchen! The pop-up tent is super spacious, and the bed inside the trailer is comfy. The solar panel kept the battery nearly fully charged the whole time. We charged some devices and kept the fridge on with no problems. We loved our experience with the Bean and renting from Ariel. It was so great, we're not sure we can go back to camping in a tent!

Killer bean! The trailer had everything we wanted and then a ton more- the hot water shower, a bucket and a rubber ducky made for an easy cleaning up of our little guy.

It was great renting from Ariel. She did a great job at walking through everything before the trip and addressed any questions. She was very responsive and everything was as expected. The trailer is great and I’d definitely suggest anyone considering to rent from her.

We rented this set up to give it a try. We have a similar one but wanted something a. bit different. We loved the rooftop tent, easy to open and close and it seems 23 zero made some updates. The Bean was great too. Easy to pull and very comfortable. The owners were also great at communicating and flexible with some of our requests.

Ariel was a great host. She was warm, friendly and walked me through the whole rental process. She picked a great place for pick up and drop off and just made the whole experience easy. If you want to take out a Bean and see what they can do she is the one to go see.
