The step and door they charged us for was already broken and half assed rigged up to look like nothing had been done to it. The floors were kinda dusty and dirty and it didn’t come with a piece of carpet or welcome mat or anything so it got worse throughout the trip, no brooms or cleaning stuff was ever located either. And now I’m being charged nearly all of my security deposit 400+ dollars of 500 for shit I didn’t do? Fuck this piece of shit. I want a full refund.
