Chip was very responsive with questions ahead of the reservation. He was there to set everything up on time and walked us through everything including being patient with us asking questions as we are exploring the potential of purchasing an RV. Everything was clean and easy. We had an issue unrelated to the RV with the campground power breaker during our trip and he responded quicky to help us troubleshoot until the campground was able to fix. Would rent again if staying in his delivery area.
