Booked on Wednesday for a Friday-Sunday trip. Was waiting for confirmation of booking. Anias profile said they usually reply within a half day. I got no response on Wednesday. No response on Thursday either. I had to reach out to customer service because I didn’t have her number as my booking was waiting for approval. They helped me contact her, I texted, called multiple times all to no answer. I had to cancel with her Thursday afternoon and look for another listing for the following morning. I wouldn’t book with someone who can’t even take the time to acknowledge their customers.

The trailer worked out great and we especially appreciated escaping the heat in the air conditioning. The upgraded mattress sure made a difference and there's lots of storage space which came in handy. And Ania's flexibility was much appreciated. She was infinitely helpful before, during and after our trip. Thank you!

First time going on a trip with travel trailer. Easy and fast communication with Ania. We had a great time camping in Death Valley for 4 days, it was super windy and I bet guys in tent next to us had a rough night sleeping while we had some good rest. Easy to tow and maneuver. Seems the heater needs both power and gas though.
