We had a great trip, and communication was very easy and Shelby kept us up to date and informed as we coordinated details before and during drop off. My family and I had a really fun time and would definitely book again.

The RV was clean, smelled good, and the owner had supplies for pretty much every occasion.

rv did not smell clean. the battery on the rv was almost dead. the generator weighed 300 lbs and was not attached to the rv.i did not complete the pickup. the rv owner was told that i did not want to rent the rv... the rv was not located at the location that was given on ourdoorsy. i had to waste over an hour trying to get to the location, only to find that the vehicle was someplace other than that location. not a good experience ... called outdoorsy to cancel the rv rental, and was told that it could not be cancelled because the rental had already started.. obviously a flaw in your system. i will try again with some other rv rental, but i will require the rv owner to show me the rv before the rental period begins. the descriptions and photos are not representative of the condition of the rv , did not show the generator, and did not explain much of anything.
