-Check engine light on when picked up (according to mechanic in West Virginia it was due to water in the gas tank from improper storage (use ethenol free fuel or fuel stabilizer)) The water in the fuel system caused the engine to stall continuously outside of Morgantown, WV. I was able to limp RV to hotel. We needed to spend the night at a hotel. Luckily, we were in an area with a hotel. Temperatures were sub freezing and it was snowing hard. If this happened on the highway it could have been very dangerous. I suspected fuel pump or fuel filter. We ran the generator the next morning for abot 2 hours. I suspect this ran most of the water out of the fuel system. I was able to take the RV to a Monroe Muffler per the outdoorsy roadside assistance recommendation. (See picture of fault codes) The engine was working much better on the way to Monroe Muffler. Mechanic stated that fault codes and RV stalling issues and then getting better consistent with water in the fuel system. Mechanic cleared code and we have not had a check engine light since (further supporting water in the fuel system)-black tank shows 3/4 to full at all times even when empty-Major crack across windshield (see pictures) (present at pickup)-Toilet paper holder broken (present at pickup)- Shower accessories mounted to wall broken (present at pick up)-30 amp power cable was frayed (present at pickup)- RV not winterized properly (present at pickup) The j bend in the bathroom cracked and full of ice and water filter housing broken from ice expansion. I needed to repair both issues prior to leaving. (See pictures)- The interior of the RV was not cleaned properly. There was garbage under the slide out, broken up dried Ramen noodles in the sleeping area above the cab and the couch cushions smelled strongly of mildew. We steam cleaned carpets and cushions upon arrival to our destination.- The passenger side rear stabilizer is bent and not functional (present at pick-up)- The house battery does not charge while driving- Ignition knob on the stove broken of (present at pick-up)-The sofa sleeper doesn't function as a bed (mechanism is frozen)- Microwave is not secured in slot. Microwave moves.(present at pick-up)- Right Cabinet door over sink latch is broken (door opens while driving) (present at pick-up)- Overhead vent hatch (closest to cab) broken and needs to be replaced (present at pick-up)-Tow hitch break away chain eyes are contoured and sheered.(present at pick-up)I have 6 years experience owning a 5th wheel and am mechanically inclined. If I had no experience RVing this trip would have been a total disaster.-As a positive one, I worked through all of the major issues the RV was mechanically good for the rest of the trip.I winterized the RV per the owners manual found in the RV. When I drained the hot water tank, I noted that the anode is bad and the insulation in the tank is coming is coming out (see picture)
