Heather was great. Very flexible on pickup and dropoff. The trailer was well stocked. They knew we were dry camping so they even filled the fresh water tank for us.
This was a last-minute replacement as the trailer we had reserved months before had a mechanical issue a few days before we were scheduled to pick it up.
