They left our camper with dog hair all over the place. Did not respect our rule of no pets on the furniture. Dog hair in and on the beds.

Philip Van is amazing, has all the creature comforts you need to big amongst one of the most beautiful places in the world. Bed is very warm and comfy, all cooking and camping supplies you could need are provided, van is craft well, by Phillip himself! Experience was seamless from pickoff to drop off, I highly recommend!

Stephanie was an amazing renter! She was incredibly kind, a great communicator, and took excellent care of the van. She even went out of her way to wash the sheets, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I’d gladly rent to her again anytime!

The Van was great and we loved the Velocirax bike rack, it made it possible for us to transport 5 mountain bikes. However, we had an issue with battery powering electronics inside the van which stopped working after day 2 and didn’t restart, and limited instructions from James or materials on how it worked in the van made it hard to troubleshoot, especially since we were in the backcountry with extemely minimal service. As such, we couldn’t use the fridge, stove, or lights for most of the trip.
I’d also recommend that James add a first aid kit to the van!

Such a lovely human and SO respectful of the van! Nothing makes me happier than a renter who you can tell genuinely appreciated the experience of vanlifing. Made me so happy knowing her kitty did too!
