The vehicle is well maintained and the interior was clean. The pick up and drop off were easy. Because I’m new to the Van world, I had difficulty understanding the electrical system, so Brad said he would make a primer for future clients.

While we were glad to host Whitney, communication throughout the rental process was a significant challenge. When an issue arose, we attempted to work collaboratively to find a solution and offered multiple fair compromise options, including a partial refund. Unfortunately, the guest was unwilling to problem-solve with us and demanded nothing less than a full refund. Due to the communication barriers and difficulty in reaching a reasonable resolution, we cannot recommend hosting them.

Sarah was fantastic to host for her short but aggressive AK adventure! From Denali to Seward in a weekend! She took our overland adventure truck, Green Machine, and took great care. I’d recommend Sarah to any outdoorsy host on an any future booking she is looking to make!
