We rented this RV for a 10-day event where staying on-site was essential. While Jeremiah was polite and generally responsive, our overall experience was largely disappointing.The biggest issue was that the RV was not delivered in a clean, sanitary, and rental-ready condition. We spent the first part of our stay purchasing cleaning supplies, cleaning the refrigerator, shower, cookware, and other surfaces, and documenting numerous issues before we felt comfortable settling in.The RV was also delivered significantly out of level, which affected the entirety of our stay. Water pooled in the shower instead of draining, cooking was difficult because liquids ran to one side of pans, and sleeping was uncomfortable because the trailer noticeably sloped. We spent much of the week trying to find someone who could help level it, contacting local RV services and asking others at the event, but ultimately were unable to resolve the issue.There were also several maintenance concerns, including a sewer connection leak upon arrival, a leaking roof vent, an oven that would not light, and other signs of wear that differed from the listing photos.I understand that RVs are used and won’t be perfect. My disappointment wasn’t with normal wear and tear—it was that the trailer wasn’t presented in the condition shown in the listing and wasn’t delivered clean and ready for guests. For the amount we paid, I expected to arrive and enjoy our event, not spend valuable time cleaning, troubleshooting, and trying to make the RV comfortably usable.I hope these issues are addressed because this RV has the potential to provide a much better experience for future renters.
