We had a fantastic first experience renting an RV through Outdoorsy, and Trevor and Jennifer made it incredibly smooth from start to finish. While we primarily worked with Trevor in person, both hosts were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.The check-in and check-out process was super straightforward, thanks in large part to the detailed walk-through video they provided ahead of time. It’s nearly an hour long, but it covers everything you could possibly need to know about the van and really helped us feel confident, especially since this was our first time renting an RV (we’ve done houseboats and boats before, but this was new territory for us).The Mercedes Sprinter van itself was awesome—well-maintained, comfortable, and reliable. It kept us warm and dry through a rainy weeklong trip from Denver up to Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Curt Gowdy State Park. One of our favorite features was the solar panel setup. Even though we booked RV spots with hookups, we never had to mess around with plugging in—the solar kept everything running smoothly the entire time.

The van was great for the first night. Unfortunately, we were someone that experienced sub zero temperatures and the diesel froze but I would recommend this van for summer or shoulder season travel.

My girlfriend and I had a great time in this sprinter! Jennifer and her husband were very knowledgeable and made renting this van a breeze. Had some amazing views and kept us warm all night long. Highly recommend

Easy and simple transaction with the exception of not being able to get an additional driver verified.
Our host was great! The pick up and drop off was very professional and straightforward.
