To summarize:
- we asked if the vehicle was cleaned via messaging. They said it was only used once by a dog, and that it was clean. Upon pickup it was full of dog hair. We stripped all linens, and used our own. the negligence here was a real risk for my kids with allergies
- the camper had not been de-winterized at pickup, effecting water system. Lines were full of antifreeze. They said it would take just 30 seconds of running water to clean them. It did not. It took much more than that. Causing us to lose water. A renter should not be the one to dewinterize a camper
- every time the water pump is on, water started shooting out of the fill valve. We eventually found a shut off valve from a friend which only partially solved the problem.
- hot water heater doesn’t fill with water. This issue could have been avoided if they would have dewinterized as the owner and confirmed all items were functioning
- battery didn’t hold a charge causing the heater to not work

Easy pickup and drop off near major Denver highways. Very flexible, friendly and accommodating host. RV is in great shape and easy to use. A couple minor issues that were quickly resolved. Too small for 4 vacationers. We spent most of our time outside the RV and used it like an oversized tent and cooler/coffee maker.
