Overall it went well, but a few things were disappointing.
We didn't arrive until 4:00 and the RV was not there.
Check in was at 3:00 so we were surprised and discouraged, as it was quite chilly.
We waited a half hour for Christian, which doesn't seem long but we had a 3 year old and an 8 year old to entertain while waiting.
He was very nice once he arrived, but the water tank was not filled so we then had to wait for him to drive over to do that as well.
The camper was beautiful, but the bedroom was a very tight fit. It appeared that a queen mattress was put on a full size frame making it very difficult to move around the bed, and it was almost impossible to shut the door. We messaged ahead of time to make sure there was a coffee maker, and there was, but it did not work. When the water was poured in it came right out the bottom and went all over the counter. Thankfully someone else had a Keurig, but we had to wait for them to wake up be able to use it.
Before we left we cleaned and disinfected the entire space with Lysol, soft scrub and window cleaner. We even washed the floor to ensure we would get our security deposit back. We were surprised that we were charged with waste removal since we had no way of doing it ourselves. We expected that to be covered under the delivery fee we were charged. Had we hauled it ourselves we certainly would have taken care of that part as well.

Very nice, clean camper with all the amenities and great storage space. Loved the hunk house and private master bedroom set up for breathing room for the littles. Didn’t think we would use the tv, but it was a great way for the kids to unwind at the end of the day.

Christian saved my vacation for me!!! I had reserved a trailer 7 months before our family reunion from a different rental site. 5 days before my trip the person canceled on me. Christian and his family did a quick turn around with the trailer to get it to me the next day. He kept in contact with me the whole time even let me know when he was running late due to traffic. I will definitely rent from him in the future if I need a trailer in that area.
