Rented Jeremy's trailer for a festival weekend over Labor Day. A couple of things came up on both sides over the course of the trip — ours included — and every one of them got worked out directly and fairly. He answered messages, took the time to go back through things instead of assuming, and was reasonable when it came time to settle up.

Overall good experience. They were flexible with pickup and drop off time; provided the basics (plates utensils, pots and pans) free of charge, AC worked great (essential due to how hot it was). I'd rent from them again.

We were very happy with this RV rental. The host was on time for delivery and pickup, and was very easy to work with. The RV was clean, and everything worked properly.
