Good communication, kind person. The pots/pans normally included were mistakenly left out of camper so a small credit was issued for the inconvenience.

The experience was so easy and Landy is very thorough when it comes to explaining all the details of the RV. The RV is well maintained and drives nicely. It's not too big so you don't feel scared or overwhelmed when on the freeway or narrow streets. The A/C is crazy cold and the bed is way more comfortable than I would have imagined. Having pots/pans/toaster and cutting boards makes the trip a lot less stressful too.

German is a great guest. The communication leading up to the booking was timely and transparent. They arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus when juggling other commitments. Last but not least, the van was returned clean and well cared for. We will be happy to rent our van to German again anytime in the future. Highly recommended guest.
