The RV was not properly prepared in a sense of cleanliness. There were a lot of smuges and fingerprints on the cabinets, microwave. Toys and clothing left behind from other renders behind and under the reclining chairs. The leveling Jack's didn't work or the backup camera. The hot water out of the water heater smelled like rotten eggs. The host did have it full of fuel and showed us how to operate the water and waste system..
The RV was well stocked with supplies for traveler who flew into town to where all we had to do was buy groceries and leave.

Our guests were fantastic in every way. They were easy to communicate with, took excellent care of the RV, and returned it in outstanding condition. They were also punctual for both pickup and drop-off, making the entire rental experience smooth and enjoyable. We would gladly welcome them back and highly recommend them to any host.

We just got back from an awesome trip through Utah's National Parks and seriously had the best time! My wife, our two boys and I are total first-timers when it comes to RVing, so we were a little nervous going in. We asked Amber if we could do a walk-through before the trip and she was totally cool about it — that really helped us feel way more comfortable hitting the road. Her RV was perfect for our family and made the whole experience so much better. Amber was awesome to work with and we couldn't recommend her more, especially if you're a family doing this for the first time!

Just finished a week long trip about 2k miles. Almost everything went perfect. I had one issue late at night with AC (popped a breaker) and called Lionel. He answered right away and help me reset it(super easy). Lionel showed me a first time motorhome use how everything worked and was very laid back. Motorhome was ready on time, no surprise charges would 100% rent again.

We had the pleasure of hosting Steve, his spouse, and their kids, and they were absolutely wonderful. They treated our RV with so much care just like their own. Chris and his wife were fantastic renters! They communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire rental process, making everything easy and stress-free. They took excellent care of our Revel van, returning it spotless inside and in great condition. We truly appreciate the respect they showed for the van and would be happy to rent to them again anytime.
