Great communication and happy to accommodate his request delivering and setting up on a private farm. I was told camper would be running off a generator and spigot water. No problems. My camper is 5 months old and it was destroyed. Pork meat clogged the sink, personal clothes, trash, dirt everywhere, there was a 5-gallon jug left in the bathtub full of creek water (not clean spigot running water like was mentioned). I spent an entire day professionally deep cleaning and sanitizing a brand new 5-month camper. Deep flushed and sanitized both grey/black tanks, cleaned and sanitized the water hoses/lines. Renter also stole 5 bath towels and hand cloths. Renter communication well until pickup time. Highly disappointed, unfortunately.

I highly recommend Trish and Jeremy's RV. This was our first time renting a RV and were not sure what to expect. We brought along way more stuff than we needed as Trish and Jeremy's RV is fully equipped. The bed was amazing and something my wife was not expecting. We truly enjoying our trip and I could not say enough it was to meet Trish and Jeremy. They explained everything for us and provided us with printed setup and takedown directions which was extremely useful as the State Park we stayed in had no wifi and we had no cellular service.

Leilani was a truly wonderful guest (and Jeff!). They had excellent communication, on-time arrival and departures, and took such great care of the van while they had it in their possession. I highly recommend them and hope to see them again!
