The RV was very clean and in great condition. It provided comfortable accommodations for us and a few others for a wedding weekend in an area without nearby hotel options. Both Tricia & JD were amazing hosts & great to deal with to coordinate everything, and were very kind & helpful. We would definitely rent this RV from them again.

I don’t have one negative thing to say about this host or trailer. It was exactly as described. The trailer was perfectly clean and well prepped for our trip. The host was knowledgeable about the trailer and very helpful in hooking it up. It had everything we needed to have a successful camping trip. The host was very polite and helpful, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had leading up to my trip. I would absolutely recommend!

We had a very positive experience with the RV rented from John and Anthony via Outdoorsy. The initial selection of the RV via the internet was simple. The Outdoorsy site gave us the key information about the proposed rental so that we could determine whether it fit our needs. John was very good about proactively contacting us and providing us information that we needed for our vacation. The films that he made were especially useful. Check-in when we arrived in Knoxville was very simple. Driving an RV was a new experience for us, but Anthony gave us a good orientation and made available additional films and materials to help us if we had questions in the area we were going - which had no cell reception or internet. The RV was as advertised. We functioned and slept well in it. It was a great part of our vacation. On the last day of the rental, we were able to check the vehicle back in through a simple process. Both John and Anthony had taken the RV to the place we were going and provided us helpful and reassuring tips for a successful experience.

He arrived a little late, but was filling up the freshwater for us. He was helpfol in setting up and explaining what we needed to know. The camper was neat and clean and had what we needed. We told him that some microvave containers would have been helpful and he said he would include that in the future. The camper worked out weell and was comfortableand the right fit for the two of us. Shaq was a good host and we would use him again.
