Overall communication was good and camper itself was not damaged at pickup, however did not mention broken shower handle caps and didn't clean up everyday mess before departing.

Good communication but left van dirty. Nothing worth charging for, but would have appreciated if he would have at least swept out the van and put the window covers back in their covers. Did not dump water as instructed in the return document.

The outdoor kitchen was a plus. Unfortunately the shower handle piece was so old, it literally broke apart as soon as we turn the handles. Other than that, the camper was an absolute winner! We will use again.

Jose and April were so pleasant and helpful at every step of this process. They were very responsive, flexible, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. The RV itself was very comfortable, and the AC worked well on generator and shore power. Only thing I can think of is the fridge wasn’t cooling unless connected to shore power, but interestingly the freezer worked fine no matter what! I would rent from April and Jose again; they are great to work with and we had a great trip with the RV!
