initially we didn't have any issues during the trip.
since i was doing a no contact handoff i repeatedly asked anthony to uploads photos of the vehicle before he left. it sadly never happened. i could understand him being frustrated initially when the 4x4 wouldn't engage, these vehicles are NOTORIOUS for being temperamental when it comes to engaging the 4x4. it was finally sorted, but here is what was confusing for me. he wanted to end the trip early and he listed all the reasons why, 4x4 issue, heater not working, srs airbag light on, service overdue.
here's the thing, i could have walked him through the different issues. The heater, more than likely he didn't have enough fuel as they stop working when it's below 25% or because the snow and muck clogged the exhaust of the heater, SRS airbag light is on because there's a aftermarket seat installed, service overdue was in part because i haven't cleared the message; i do the service myself. All of these things could have been communicated to anthony if he had concerns but unfortunately he never once said anything and ended the trip. i refunded him for the days he didn't use. Just wish you would have spoke to me to sort out issues

Annemarie and her husband were amazing. Very clean, respectful, and communicative from start to finish. Would highly recommended and would love to host them again.

First time renting a class B RV. It had plenty of room for the two of us. Refrigerator had lots of storage. The RV drove very nice, and parking was easy. The hosts were great, they supplied everything I needed. The pre trip walk through of the RV had me feeling confident from the start.

Our experience was great! Trailer was in perfect condition & clean. They provided us with everything that was needed and gave us a full tour. The host was alway available via text or call as well. Definitely recommend booking with them for your next trip!!
