The camper was great for our trip, minus a few issues, such as never being told that the kitchen sink faucet leaks badly, and one of the bedroom lights leaks when the AC is running. We could also not access the RV roof for pre-trip inspection, due to significant damage to the ladder. Upon return, owner signed off that it was returned in condition that it left in, and then the next afternoon owner said that we had caused significant damage to the roof requiring replacement to the tune of $13,000. We also came to find out that he listed the camper for sale an hour and a half after we picked up the camper ( https://www.poprvs.com/fifth-wheel-trailers-for-sale/keystone-raptor-332ts-in-meridian-idaho-165855 ). After asking multiple times for a copy of the quote for said damage, no quote has ever been sent, but rather just a total, in the amount of $12,158 and telling us to contact our insurance carrier. We have been asking for an emailed estimate for over a week. BE ADVISED, rent at your own risk.
