We had a fabulous trip with Birdie! This was our first adventure in an RV, and Birdie was perfect for it. We took her up to Ludington and found everything to be easy and smooth. Jill was very good about explaining everything to us, since we were newbies, and we had zero problems. Jill was always very responsive to messages and helped make our first RV camping experience unforgettable! We hope to do it again next summer!

Aaron was so helpful with hooking up the trailer and he always answered my call when I had any questions. He made me feel very comfortable in my first experience with the Travel trailer while walking me through everything part to clean, prepare and connecting the water/electrical lines.
