Sergei was flexible, professional, and quick to respond. Ran into a minor issue during the trip (not his fault) and he was great to work with on the issue. Would recommend renting from him again.

This was my 2nd time renting from Jeff, and it was as smooth and great an experience as my first. I used the trailer for overflow guests over Thanksgiving weekend, and it was comfortable and cozy for them to sleep in. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
