The trailer was in excellent condition and so well and thoughtfully stocked! Sky thought of everything and was so easy and pleasant to deal with! I would definitely rent this trailer again!

It was amazing. This is the first time we rented an RV. The RV was all set up when we arrived. It was immaculate with everything we could possibly need and lots of special touches. They even had a wonderful bakery treat for us to enjoy on our first night. The communication with the owners was great. They responded quickly and were very informative. We would definitely recommend them.

You guys were absolutely amazing! The trailer was in great working order and your communication plus presentation and lovely snacks were above and beyond. The battery issue was completely resolved and had perfect power the whole time after the new ones were installed. Finding the remote to the generator was the icing on the cake. That was incredibly generous of you to run it out to us and while he was here he took care of installing the batteries. Again amazing service and communication. Out of the 15 years I have rented RV's you are by far the best owners we have encountered. Thank you so much for making our time amazing.

The Family Fix was a perfect fit for our family reunion! Sky and her family were helpful and generous! They had everything outlined and easy to find. The trailer was clean, organized and easy to use for us and our three little kids. We had a great time and will hopefully be renting from them again for next year’s reunion!

Not exaggerating, this was the best trailer rental experience I’ve ever had. The hosts are super friendly and communicative. The trailer was in fantastic shape! Very nice on the inside and everything worked as it should. We arranged for drop-off and pick-up at a nearby campground and it worked flawlessly. But what really set the experience above and beyond was the amount of amenities that are included. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with small kids. I will do everything I can to rebook the Family Fix in the future.

This RV was perfect for our family reunion in Grants Pass Oregon. Sky and Jason made sure we had everything we needed and then some. I literally could have shown up with my clothes and needed nothing else. The RV was very large, giving us plenty of room and privacy while having our adult daughters with us as well. Everything worked perfectly. We were given a thorough walkthrough explaining how everything works. We were able to enjoy our trip with zero worries. We showed up and they set everything up for us. I let them know we had left and they took care of the rest. No stress! Thank you again! You will be hearing from us for next year.

We had a wonderful time in the Family Fix for our annual National Park trip...it made for a great home base exploring the Redwoods. Sky and her family dropped off, set up and left the camper fully stocked and clean with anything we could possibly need. We have rented campers through Outdoorsy a number of times and this one certainly came with the most (and best!) amenities compared to the others. Even more, she knew we were celebrating my daughter's bday on the trip so a dozen beautiful and delicious cupcakes were left for us...what a thoughtful added touch (and made it easier on us parents not to have to track down a bday treat on vacation ;)) I cannot think of anything we would change...the Family Fix is a great choice for anyone...especially those families with young kids! Enjoy!

These guys are the best! Communication was a dream, they are warm and compassionate human beings, who even left a self-made cake in the fridge. The trailer is awesome, and spacious with loads of amenities. Thank you Sky and Jenny, you rock!

Sky and Jason made sure our trip was amazing! The trailer is very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. They made sure we had everything we needed and were available for any problems we had. Definitely plan on renting from them again!
