From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and even fun. Communication was clear, friendly, and thorough - every detail was covered so we could focus on enjoying our trip.The RV itself was in great shape and ran perfectly the whole week. Even new tires and maintained very recently. Glenn was upfront about a few very minor cosmetic imperfections, but they in no way affected our trip. In fact, we were blown away by how well-equipped the RV was - far beyond what you’d expect from a standard rental. They thought of everything: cooking essentials, first aid kit, toiletries, cleaning supplies, tools, and so many little conveniences that came in handy more than once. It truly felt like stepping into a thoughtfully prepared home on wheels.Glenn and Amber’s care and attention to detail made us feel confident and comfortable from the moment I booked to the moment we dropped the RV off.
