We have rented trailers before with other apps as well as through Outdoorsy and this time was the best experience we have ever had.
It started with the excellent communication with our Host Melissa and Brian.
Melissa was prompt with responses from all of our messages from requesting information before renting to our pick up all the way through the final return.
Brian was patient and took his time explaining everything on pick up and wanted to make sure that we had a great experience with the trailer.

Perfect trailer for our trip. The owners were amazing hosts and communicated pre and post trip. They were knowledgeable of the trailer and had it prepared for us to pickup with everything we needed and flexible which helps when planning and trying to get last minute things taken care of. The trailer came with the hitch and load leveler bars which was one less thing needing to worry about. Very nice and comfortable throughout. Everything worked out perfect. Such a great trip. Our trip was Illinois > Grand Tetons > Yellowstone > Illinois

The coziest trailer for my husband and I! Melissa and her husband were so kind and easy to work with when renting our first trailer through Outdoorsy. We have never pulled a trailer before and they were there to help us hook it up and walk us through the ins and outs. After taking us through everything, we hit the road and pulled into our location at 1AM. My husband and I were able to get the trailer parked, set, and setup in less than 45 minutes on our first try. Such a great trailer for beginners. The trailer itself is cute, clean, and everything you would need. We can't wait to rent this again next summer!

Brian and Melissa were great hosts! They had the camper ready for us to check out when we arrived - it was super clean and well-appointed. Any operational questions we had while on the trip were quickly answered via text and phone calls. We had a fun first trip with our two Corgis - having a pet-friendly camper was the way to go for our week in Oshkosh!

We had such a great experience! Camper was spotless and well appointed. Communication from Melissa was quick and easy. We very much enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the slide out offered so much room. Would rent again 10 out of 10.

The camper was amazing and Melissa and Brian were so helpful!! It was my first time with an RV and they had everything that I needed and walked me through how to set up and take down! They were so helpful and the camper is beautiful! I loved that they had everything set up too already so all you have to do is go and enjoy! I would highly recommend them and would rent again!
