Camper was filthy. Bath towels and comforter badly stained and unclean. Rat droppings in cabinets etc. No supplies or garbage bags after being told all of the necessities were there.
Owner made excuses about previous renters but did not make any attempts to correct issues except offer $30 off and then stopped communicating.
Never opened up gray water during set up prior to our arrival and sink and shower started backing up after using shower twice. Propane tank ran out and no hot water halfway through the trip. Would not recommend!

Camper matched the pictures and descriptions. Set up was done before we arrived so it was nice and cool inside. Kitchen and pantry were very well equipped. Wasn't much else that would be needed for sure. Can't wait to rent again.

We enjoyed staying in Chad's rv. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and bedding. This was our first experience renting an rv I would definitely rent from Chad in the future.

This camper was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our kids especially enjoyed the loft area (AKA the "treehouse"). The owners were quick to respond to any questions. Beds were comfortable. Linens were nice quality. And, most importantly for a Florida camping trip, the air conditioning was SO COLD!!!

First time RV-ing we had a great time. The kids and families loved the entertainment great amenities and very comfortable beds. Very clean and organized . Definitely do it again!

Chad was an amazing host! Allowed our two dogs to stay, tv was ultra clean and well kept, checked in on us regularly and provided a trip that was top notch. Can’t wait to stay again- a truly relaxing vacation with so much space and amenities.

This was our first time renting a camper and it was awesome! It was brand new & very comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed & more. Will definitely be renting again!
