We rented this to get my father, who is on oxygen, to our vacation location. Asked if there were plugs in the vehicle that would enable us to plug in his machine. We were told there were several. None worked so we had to use oxygen tanks. Were never able to connect to Wi-Fi so we also not able to use the TV. Asked owner for help with no assistance with either of these issues. Had tons of trouble with the toilet even though we barely used it. We did empty the tank but were charged since they said we didn’t. Had to buy our own hose to fill the water tank which was not full when we got it. We called the 24 hours roadside assistance. They were no help with the toilet and said we need to contact the owner. We did and again received no help or guidance. I could go on and on. Bottom line is the owner doesn’t know anything about this vehicle or how anything works. It was a very stressful trip and extremely taxing on my poor father. We rented this to provide a relaxing and safe way to get him to his last vacation. That did not happen.

From start to finish, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Luqman and team were exceptional, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. I will certainly be renting from them again. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret renting through them.
