Excellent experience from start to finish. The Sprinter was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, communication was clear and professional, and the vehicle rode perfectly for our trip. I would absolutely book with EZ Road Trips again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality Sprinter rental.

We recently rented a Sprinter van through the Outdoorsy app and while the booking process was smooth and communication with the host was easy, there were a few issues worth noting.While the interior was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, easily fitting all of our family members, we noticed a lot of rattling from the sliding door when driving on local roads. It became quite noticeable and a bit distracting, especially on uneven surfaces.
As a Mercedes-branded vehicle, we expected a smoother ride. Unfortunately, the back seating area was surprisingly rough, especially for passengers riding long distances. That said, the overall seating layout was very accommodating, with enough room for everyone to sit comfortably.

Great experience and added addition to my daughters part 2 of her surprise party. The host was fantastic! Very accommodating, The only issue we encountered is the wifi was not keep a connection, we did not know we had to use our own hotspot and the Bluetooth was not connecting and kept freezing on us. However the experience was a 5 star and so are the host!

The van is amazing. However, the battery to run the entertainment in the back only lasts about 4 hours before you need a full change. This is with the engine running. Our trip was about 7 or 8 hours and the TV, wifi and charging stations would not work. On top of that the AC kept cutting out in the back. If these issues are addressed this is a 5 Star Van.

Experience was less than expected. The A/C in the back vehicle did not work properly which led to a very uncomfortable ride for our 6 children. Messaged the owner with no response. The TV also did not work which was unfortunate for the price we paid. Communication with the owner was less than ideal and had to resend messages that were left unanswered for a period of time. Will not use outdoorsy ever again for our rental needs. You should choose your vendors more closely and hold them to a higher standard.
