Highly recommend this trailer and renting from Vicki. We had a family weekend at the races and she delivered the trailer all ready to go — the primary bed was made up as well! The trailer was well stocked (but note no coffee pot). The trailer was very clean as well. She was available to answer questions — Definitely a great experience all around!

RENTER BEWARE! The owner had a last minute issue with the electrical on their camper and suggested I rent elsewhere to meet my timeline. I agreed and requested they go ahead and cancel while I SCRAMBLE to get a camper for memorial day. They then never cancelled, and still charged me $$$$ for my rental. Now they have ghosted Outdoorsy support and wont respond to my messages or texts. DO NOT RENT! You may not actually get your camper and you could end up paying for it anyway!!!!!

Marcus again I am sorry for the vandalism on my rv that I could not deliver. I did not ghost you or outdoorsy. I called outdoorsy immediately when I had to cancel and the lady was suppose to cancel rental. I did not find out after 8 day medical emergency that you did not receive credit. I immediately called you and outdoorsy again to take care of the problem they cause by not canceling when I called on May 29th to cancel. I couldn’t cancel online myself because it was going to charge you canceling fee and you deserved 100% of monies paid. Again I am sorry for problem that I couldn’t control.
