Pickup and drop off were fine. The RV was left excessively dirty. I would certainly hesitate to renting the RV out to Rick again.

This RV was just great. Easy to drive and park, fits in a truck size spot similar in length to an F350 pickup, and has no issues at altitude in mountain passes. The setup inside is well done with multiple inverters for phones and electronic devices, great Yeti brand portable fridge which functioned perfectly, and plenty of shelving and storage. The privacy shades were very easy to use with magnets. Host was prompt, processed us quickly and had a well done manual with instructions and FAQ. We would definitely recommend and use again ourselves.

Our family and I had a wonderful experience. My wife, who has always hated the tent camping thing, especially enjoyed the transition to a RV for this years extended family camping trip. Of all years to rain for a couple hours, having the RV to hide in while everyone else was hiding in their tent worrying about puddles and rain flies was an extra plus. The RV was nice with plenty of linens, blankets, and kitchen supplies if you need them. Pick up and drop off were easy and Carmel was flexible in allowing us to drop back off a little bit earlier to her. Would recommend renting from Carmel and her family as the process was simple, RV was nice and reliable and overall a very simple process.

Rented RV for the first time. Kevin was a great host. Very patient and understanding of first timers. He explained everything about his RV from hooked ups of the electricity, wate and sewer line to driving the big beast. Helped us be as prepared for our trip from Vancouver to Peachland. Kevin's RV was very spacious and clean. it even has 2 reclining chairs and sleeps 4 very comfortably and can do 5 or 6 is you have small children. Kevin even stocked his RV with dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. He thought of everything including toilet paper, canopy and an umbrella. We'll definitely keep him in mind for our next RV trip.
