This host was very nice and helpful when he dropped the trailer at first, however when he came in to pickup the trailer he wasn’t too friendly even before he walked in and did his inspection! I thought to myself he had a bad day at work perhaps. I checked everything and my husband made sure the toilet was cleaned and let out the sewage washed several times till he saw it was cleared water coming out! He even left our hose for him because his was not big enough to reach the sewage hole! He packed everything with his and didn’t even say thank you! He walked in and checked everything and I asked everything ok? He said so far so good! Never for once he told me he found anything wrong! He even said it looks good so far! This was on the 11/14/23 when he got the trailer and on 11/19/23 he charged my credit card $500.00 saying that was a giant hole in the couch, I did not unfortunately took any pictures from the trailer because it looked very clean, I even helped my guys cleaned! Don’t you think that in between my husband and myself and him if would been a giant hole in the couch we would see it? 6 days later he charged my card $500.00 and it was an old couch the whole trailer was old 2016 I think! I own a class A 40’ motor home we know everything about travel trailers and RV’s and I rented that trailer for my employees, girls and guys all nice and clean! He said it was done deliberately, I rented trailer before that for my employees, brand new trailer and did not have any problems same guys and girls a week before that in South Carolina and all good with no problems! Now an old trailer but nice don’t take me wrong and he waited 6 days and doesn’t even send me a message telling me and give me an explanation and charge my card $500.00? That’s not right no I do not recommend this host! Anyone would see a giant hole in the couch especially him that walked in several times and checked everywhere and everything would’ve seeing a giant hole in the couch? I am sorry I don’t buy that!! I’m taking this to outdoorsy and my credit card! Not right what he did it! If he would’ve been there and checked himself and walked several times inside the trailer and I was there even asked him if he needed help? No I don’t think so! He just wants a more money! I paid a lot of money for that rent it was not cheap! I probably could’ve buy a trailer for the price I paid for all the rents I had to do because unfortunately the trailer that I had for my employees the Ian storm destroyed and I decided not to buy another trailer because I didn’t find anything like the one I had it and it was brand new 2021! Don’t rent from this guy and take pictures before and after so you can prove! I totally forgot to do that!

We are certainly sorry we are not on the same page regarding the damage to the unit. Our family takes pride in our 2018 (the age is very clear in our listing) unit, keeping it clean and looking nice for both our renters and our own family to enjoy. We try to keep our pricing low as our goal has never been to make a million but rather to enjoy a trip or two of our own, making memories with our kids. We never like charging anyone for damages. It's just not fun for either party. We know things happen and try our best to ignore general wear and tear. Unfortunately, this was much more.
