Renting to this guest was a difficult experience. We were misled about who would be attending the gathering as well as what type of activities would be taking place inside/outside the camper. Despite explicit assurances that our camper would be respected and returned in the same clean condition it was provided. That turned out to be entirely false.
The unit was returned in a terrible state, requiring intensive deep cleaning to deal with spilled alcohol and urine, used nicotine patches left in the sink, alongside a clog that required completely flushing out the holding tank systems at a separate facility on our time and dime. When we assessed the cleaning and maintenance fees for these issues, charges the guest was fully warned about and agreed to before the trip, we were met with immediate hostility.
Instead of taking responsibility, the guest attempted to use a series of threats against our business reputation and review scores to scare us into returning the fees. We expect basic honesty and mutual respect from the rental community, and while this is not the experience or review I wanted to leave I feel as though it is necessary after what occurred.

Laura took care of our rv like her own. She had it for long time and drove whole lot of miles but no late night or early morning calls about simple things. Hope to see her soon again.

What a great experience in a rental Brice was great! We had two issues though; the EV was still winterized so we had to flush the pipes ourselves and the water pump and an electrical issue. But overall it was wonderful would definitely recommend.

The RV made our trip very convenient and enjoyable. It is very easy to drive and can fit in small parking slots. It also contains many useful camping and sight seeing tools. Damir explained how to use the RV in detail and responded to my requests very quickly when I had questions.

Overall a great trip.! Michael was very accommodating as a host. 4 stars as the RV was not clean and we spent a good deal of time getting it ready to use. But it was easy to drive and worked well for our short camping trip.

Ken was great every step of the way. We arrived with the camper setup and ready and it was amazing - loved the amenities and especially the outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with the RV and with Lionel.
It was our first time renting an RV and Lionel took the time to show how everything works.
We had a question about the AC during our trip and Lionel was very responsive.
We would definitely rent this RV with Lionel again and recommend him!

what a lovely family to rent our RV! Everything went smoothly and all was returned just as it was provided. No damage of any kind. Excellent experience. We hope Andrew rents our RV again!
