Communication wasn’t great. Took longer than it said on the app to respond & contacted customer service twice to see if they could reach out to him because we were successful. I understand everyone has busy lives, but if you’re providing this kind of service, you should be answering in a timely manner. The day before we left for the trip, I spoke with him on the phone and he was very thorough and transparent about damage from the previous renters. It was a bit disappointing, but I understand he didn’t have time to fix what they broke since our rental periods were days apart. Unable to use awning, wish there was more than 1 pan & larger pots, hot spot didn’t work for the majority of the time, fridge & freezer stopped working & lots of our food was spoiled, although he walked us through how to fix it, but it was too late for the food. Overall, we made the best of our trip.

Wonderful Travel trailer. Tons of room and the owners did a wonderful job of explaining how to work everything to a novice like myself. They also made sure I could contact them with any issues. The materials are high quality and they give you everything you need for a long weekend. If you have kids, the bunkroom is great. Very spacious. No complaints at all. We had a wonderful time. Will be renting this rig again. 🙂

Mr. and Mrs. Payden made our first experience one to remember. The RV was beautiful, extremely clean and spacious. Our group consisted of 7 people and there was more than enough room for each of us. The Payden's were very accommodating and made sure to answer all of my questions and even offered to be available if and whenever I needed them. I can't thank them enough for choosing our group to utilize their RV for the weekend. If you are looking for a spectacular time, please be sure to reach out to the Payden's! I know I will again in the very near future!

RV was everything we were expecting and more!! It is absolutely beautiful, it is also very roomy, my grown children, loved the bunk room!. The owners have been very attentive to every little detail. We will rent this unit again! Owners were so sweet and helpful, highly recommend ❤️

We have a great time on our camping trip. This camper was perfect for us big clean and has a lot space perfect communication we have so much fun we will definitely rent this rv again.....we really recommend
