From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were fully prepared and confident for our trip. Even before we scheduled and picked up the RV, he took the time to help me ensure my vehicle was properly capable of safely towing the RV. That gave me a lot of peace of mind as we were traveling quite a distance to rent the RVWhen it came time to hit the road, he didn’t just hand over the keys, he walked us through everything in detail. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the RV, from setup to operation, and answered every question with patience and clarity. It was clear he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted us to feel comfortable every step of the way.Throughout the entire process, his communication was excellent and his willingness to help truly stood out. Because of him, we were able to fully enjoy our trip without any stress or uncertainty. We would absolutely rent from him again!
