I reserved my trip for a surprise anniversary on the beach for my wife. I secured the perfect 5th wheel. I received a message from the host and had to find a different unit with only 3 weeks left before the trip. The night before we were to leave the second travel trailer canceled. I was so upset and thought I would lose everything I had paid for on the trip but then Outdoorsy worked diligently and found a replacement that was more money. This was not what I agreed to, but wait, Outdoorsy said, "we are offsetting the difference and the trip will not cost any more than originally planned ". They sent me on a $5,400 trip in place of my $2,500 trip. Outdoorsy saved the day. Great job! Especially Karen in customer service. She kept her cool while I was heated 😤 Thank you Karen!
