Jordan and his family were an absolute pleasure to host. Super kind, communicative, and easygoing throughout the entire trip. He handled everything with a great attitude and was very respectful of the RV. We’d happily rent to him again anytime - we highly recommend!

The renter unfortunately damaged our trailer to the point where we have to have it out of commission for a while. The renter was terrible with communication, and immediately started causing damage to the trailer pulling out of the driveway. He had no idea what vehicle he was using, and I could not confirm with him until upon pickup. They picked up with a Cadillac Escalade, the suspension was so soft that the truck was bottomed out and was dragging right out of the driveway. Unfortunately I had no way to contact him because he didn't enter his phone number into the app properly. And never checked his email or messages. They brought the trailer back with over $1,000 of damage, and were aware of damaging it the entire 2 days of renting. They never called and asked for assistance, they just continued to keep driving and keep damaging the trailer.

Palamuni was an excellent host and communicator before, during and after our trip, if there was ever a problem or issues he immediately helped us resolve it. His camper van ran well and allowed us to explore the mountains East of San Diego. It should be noted however that the van had bare minimal bedding and kitchen supplies. Renters should Assess first to determine what else you might need before heading out on a trip. Otherwise we were grateful for the opportunity to explore the outdoors in this rental!

The Solis was amazing! No hiccups, the solar panel made any battery worries go away. Cold fridge, cool A/C. Host was awesome super responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again!
