What a great experience! The trailer was setup for us and is decked out with everything you could need for a great stay. It was super hot during our stay, but the A/C made it very comfortable to sleep at night. It was like having a private cabin (it even has a front porch!) dropped right next to the lake for our family of 4. The hosts were great to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. Highly recommended!

The whole experience was awesome. Kelly was great to work with, very flexible and communication was excellent. Camper was set up and ready for us when we arrived. Camper had everything needed and quaint gift basket. Every detail was thought of. Recommend renting from Kelly! Thanks for a great vaca.

Cindy and Michele were absolutely wonderful hosts! Attentive, easy to communicate with, and quick responses. They truly thought of everything when it came to the attention to details. Clear instructions and thorough walk through when we met them and back up binders, check lists, and QR codes for reminders on the road! Fresh towels, linens, cups, bowls, plates, air fryer, coffee machine, etc. they have the bases plus some covered! We had an unbelievable trip and would hands down rent Big Betsy again!! Thank you!

We had tried to book another RV prior to finding Butch’s rental. That owner never replied to our messages, so we canceled then found this RV…from the beginning Butch was amazing. He replied or messages, helped troubleshoot so issues on Outdoorsy’s site and made us feel welcomed to rent his RV. We had the best time on our trip to DC and part of that was knowing we had a nice, safe and clean “home” to come back to. Everything worked as it should in the RV, not to mention it was completely stocked, from toilet paper to coffee maker.

Andrea and her family were the most amazing renters for our big Betsy! They took care of Big Betsy like she was their own and we could not have asked for a better family to take Big Betsy on an adventure! Their family would be welcome to rent Big Betsy anytime!

Christina was so helpful and reassuring as this was our first time pulling a camping trailer. We were nervous but she had everything ready and reviewed it all with us. The camper was a LUXURY compared to the camping we used to do! She had bedding and basics available!
