The guest was very particular throughout the rental and required additional assistance with several aspects of the trip. The vehicle was also returned significantly later than scheduled. As a courtesy, we waived the additional late-return charge; however, the gesture was not acknowledged. Future hosts may want to communicate expectations and return-time policies very clearly in advance.

Great first experience renting! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Steve was so friendly, helpful, informative & available for any questions that came up. The camper was stocked with everything you need, except a small propane for the bbq. It's true all you need is clothes & food. Our family had such a fun time camping, thanks for everything Steve!

Super voyage, le van était propre et l’annonce fidèle à la description fournie. Sophie a été très cordiale et aidante dans sa communication avant le Rental pour mieux comprendre où mes enfants pourraient dormir. On a essayé les bunk beds et un des deux petits lits au final (enfants de 3 et 7 ans). Super confo !

This is by far the best camper to rent! Their company is so personable and accommodating. They are kind and truly want you to have the best experience. Loved the camper. We have two small children and it was perfect for them!
