on day of pickup boyfriend was screaming and yelling because they were going to be charged for propane. unit was on a primitive site and propane usage was for fridge and hot water. boyfriend became very abusive, insulting and disrespectful. tried to blame me for generator not working when they had provided their own. tried to say black tank was full on delivery even thou was not

Kayla was amazing from start to finish. Not only did she walk us through everything related to Liem (the camper) but she helped us with questions when they came up mid-trip. And her YouTube videos gave me confidence that I was doing things right.

Robbin was an excellent host. She was very receptive and communitive with us from start to finish. Provided us with the hitch and the anti sway bar. The trailer was pretty much as described, older with its quirks, was comfortable and cozy enough for us and our 2 big dogs.

Josh was a fantastic guest. He was very polite, friendly, communicative, and honest throughout the entire rental process. He paid close attention during the walkthrough and took excellent care of the RV during the trip. Josh and his guest returned everything in great condition, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely rent to him again and highly recommend him to other hosts.
