De'Quan and his partner treated our van as if it was theirs. They both paid close attention during the walkthru and had a great trip. I would rent to them again, and hope they return to explore the Pacific Northwest further.

It was a pleasure hosting these guests! They took excellent care of the leisure van, and returned it clean and on time. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Judy and family took very good care of our RV and also went on a very fun adventure to NYC and stayed at some cool campsites along the way. They listen very well to my detail oriented RV orientation and completed the entire trip off of the walk thru. Would recommend any booking with them again!!

Great communication, but the RV needs some TLC
I want to start by saying that Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her communication was amazing—she responded incredibly quickly and answered every single question we had in a very timely manner. She is incredibly nice and made the rental process very smooth.
However, for the amount of money we spent, we were disappointed with the actual condition of the RV and felt it needed some TLC before being rented out.
Physically, it did not look as clean as the pictures shown on the Outdoorsy app. The exterior had thick dust on the outside walls, and the wheels were brown and dirty instead of clean and black. Inside, we found quite a bit of dust on the bedside tables and the dining table.
Additionally, there were a couple of functional issues:
The Canopy: The built-in canopy did not work. To make up for it, they popped up a Bud Light tent for us to have shade, which we appreciated, but it wasn't what we expected.
The RV Stand: The rear stabilizer stand that holds the RV steady when parked was unstable and was not set flat on the ground as it should have been.
Heather’s customer service is top-notch, but we really hope the RV gets a thorough deep clean and some maintenance before its next trip.

Amazing! We absolutely loved our trip, and so much of that was thanks to Cocoon. Having our “home” with us every step of the journey made the experience unforgettable.

Joe left my vehicle interior damaged. Wood gouges and scuffs on the ceiling and benches.
He returned a charging cord that was not the cord I left in the van. The cord he gave me was a 10' and the cord in the van was 50'

This was my first trip with Ride. And having Garry be my first host was great. His vehicle was affordable and drove great. Extremely clean, which I sincerely appreciate. His response time was also very swift and that is what first led me to booking with him. Will be booking with him again soon.

My wife and I rented this RV for our 20th anniversary for 12 days! The RV was perfect size. It was more than enough room for the two of us but small enough to fit into all the parking lots. It was fully furnished, super clean and everything worked as should. Great communication with the owner also. Would rent again.
