Charese and her family were amazing and gracious hosts. We arrived in Louisville to a camper that was stocked and ready to go. Charese was easy to talk to and made communication seamless. If we find ourselves in Kentucky again we would definitely use this camper.

Rese was very communicative. We appreciate that. RV was able to successfully do our vacation. We had a couple maintenance issues with the RV, like a leaky dump valve and loose table, not end of the world but made us make adjustments. Toilet seemed sensitive to paper, that’s ok. We made adjustments.

Rese was very helpful and flexible and the RV did exactly what we needed. Rese keeps it well stocked with things you may need which allowed for a great trip. I would definitely rent from Rese again. Thanks!

Charese (Rese) was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and accommodating, and her RV is great. She clearly explained how to operate the RV systems and had a helpful book of instructions with photos to make it easy. We would definitely book with her again when we return to Louisville!

The RV was great! Easy to drive, great vehicle to use for a 5 day camping trip with multiple locations. There were 4 of us and the RV was the perfect size.

We wanted to have a motor home to view the recent eclipse on April 8th so that we could be mobile. Unsure of the weather in any particular area, we wanted to be able to move to a sunny area should clouds move in. We had such fun renting our RV from Charese! As we picked up the camper, Charese took us through all of the systems and how they worked, which is quite different from a house. If we couldn’t quite remember how things worked, she was readily available to help by phone or text, and if we had needed it, there was tech support for on the spot repairs. It gave us peace of mind that we weren’t going to go it alone should we have a problem. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to Charese for our next adventure!

My husband and I are both registered nurses who worked on a Covid unit of a very busy hospital. Working in this environment made us realize how short life can be, so we decided to take all the trips we've always dreamed of. One of those trips was to take a road trip to Colorado and see Tyler Childers at Red Rocks. I immediately did my research and discovered Charese's RV and it was perfect for my husband and I! Charese was a wonderful host! After arriving to Colorado we had an issue and she helped take all the stress of that off our shoulders and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip with no issues! I would recommend Charese and her RV to anyone! Thank you for helping us make this trip a reality!

This was our first RV experience. Our host, Charese, was very accommodating. All we needed to bring was our food and clothes. Everything else that we needed was in the camper. When we had an issue, she answered our call right away and the problem was solved. Definitely would recommend.

Charese was an amazing host and had great communication. She was easy to talk to and work with throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
During our trip the rv’s ac broke and Charese was quick to help us with mobile mechanics to rush to repair the issue as well as offer to put us in a hotel for no charge while the rv was being worked on.
