We enjoyed our first RV rental experience with Grant. The RV was exactly as described. Grant was easy to work with and very flexible. The RV was very clean. The master queen bed was quite comfortable. The bunk room was great, especially with the door that closed. Unfortunately my granddaughter got sick and couldn’t come at the last minute so we used the bunk room for our luggage and as a changing room which was a luxury!My only suggestions would be to replace the missing lower screen on the screen door and the door latch to keep the door open, replace the old toaster oven, provide a laminated sheet of “helpful tips” for quirky things like the workaround on the heat and AC adjustments and maybe a short list of things the renter needs to provide for themselves (being a new renter, I didn’t know I needed to bring silverware as an example). Also, never could get the water warm enough for a shower that would satisfy if it had been any colder - may want to check that. All in all a very nice experience!
