The RV worked as advertised but it was very dirty. Dust over everything - even over the dishes that were inside the drawer. It looked like there was an attempt to wash the outside but it was a mess. Minimal dishes or cookware provided and I don't think the dishes were microwave safe. Before pick up communication was not as good as expected but afterwards communication went very well. Positives - it rode well, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great first time experience with an RV and Outdoorsy! Betty and Mike were great communicators and so kind and thoughtful. The RV was clean, easy to use, and made out trip so enjoyable.
