Excellent

The RV was perfect for my family of four. The two kids (7&8) loved the pop-up tent. We took it to Flagstaff, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It had all the basics included Kwan was super responsive. We weren't sure how things would go for us but the trip was perfect. We would definitely rent this camper van again.

Our trip with Kwan’s van was great! The main thing to be aware of is the battery can run out pretty fast without a hookup, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time, it was more comfortable than expected, very easy to drive, and Kwan and his team’s communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect RV for family. Great RV

Kwan was a great host. Great communication and the van was ready when we arrived. Nothing against the host but for a 2023 van it was poorly made. Renting for the weekend served our needs.

Kwan was wonderful! He responded to us immediately throughout the trip. The van was very easy to drive and the things we were unsure of, Kwan helped us with immediately! We would rent from him again any time!

I am an avid camper and backpacker but my sister is not so much:). We went to the Grand Canyon for 2 nights and this was my first experience with an RV camper van. The van was a perfect solution for us to stay in the park but more importantly, the hosts were great. They walked us through everything and were even available during the trip when a question arose. Both my sister and I said we would definitely do a trip like this again and would want to rent from Kwan.

Kwan was a wonderful host. He and his brother made sure I knew how to operate everything and could drive safely before leaving. The van came loaded with all kinds of unexpected extras, including bedding, towels, kitchenware and even shampoo. They really tried to think of everything and it was like an AirBnb on wheels. We truly enjoyed our trip and will likely rent from Kwan again!
