“what a great time they had and how well stocked the vehicle was” Well once we saw the condition of the vehicle with mud completely covering it as well and the more important part, mud all inside the engine bay. As well as scratches on the hood of the Jeep. We submitted pictures as well as video to Outdoorsy and a request for only a partial part of the deposit due to the condition upon return. Outdoorsy approved it, and this upset the guest, at which time they left the “Bad” review.While we strive to provide freedom to the guests, even allowing them to venture to certain beaches that other rental car companies do not allow. We also have to protect our vehicles from abuse or damage for future guests.
